Join Me for Create For Dressember
I’m excited to introduce you to #CreateForDressember, a creative challenge designed to help spread the word about Dressember. If you’ve participated in #LetterForDressember in the past, this is the newest iteration of the challenge. Keep reading to find out about it and what’s new this year!
All creatives are invited to join us using whatever mediums you like best! This can be through lettering, photography, sketching, collage, graphic design, writing. The sky is the limit! Together we can creatively fight for freedom using our unique talents and skills.
We’ve chosen to use simple prompts to encourage creative freedom. Use each day’s prompt as inspiration for your piece, or incorporate it or a quote about it into your creation. We primarily use Instagram to share our posts and like each other’s creations. The best way to ensure your posts are visible is to share them from a public account, or to make your account public for the duration of the challenge. Don’t forget to use the hashtag #CreateForDressember so we can see what you make! You can also tag us @cozyreverie and @elm_creative. If creating a piece per day is too much, feel free to join the challenge as much as possible, or catch up at any time. You may also see your creations featured elsewhere around Instagram, so keep an eye out!
Leverage your creativity and connections to spread the word about Dressember! We encourage you to participate in Dressember as an advocate while creating pieces for the challenge. You can sell your pieces, allow donors to claim their favorites, or host an auction. If you don't want to do that, you can use your creations to promote the cause and your fundraiser on social media.
